The Workout

This is my post for body shop. The physical activities I completed for this week was just lifting wieghts, doing push-ups, sit-ups, and jogging around the block of my neighborhood.

I did my first day of lifting wieghts and doing curls. I did that for an hour straight. then I did pushups and situps and ran around the block the next two days.

The health benefits of running is to get my cardio in great shape so i dont loose breath easy. Lifting wieghts and doing push-ups and sit-ups is to help get my arms stronger and every other part of my body strong.
