This week was so crammed full of events that it was hard to get anything squeezed in there, But I made time for my bodyshop.
I first began running around our neighborhood and I did that for about an hour which was a very good workout because it will get me ready for the trail that we have to do at the end of Mission.
Another bodyshop that I have done was playing basketball with Ricky, David, and Clarence. And i will say that it was a very good workout because I love Basketball. The last and final workout I did was I worked out in the gym downstairs.
The health benefits of my workouts was too gain more muscle in my legs and get more endurancein my body so I can do more sports and not run out of breathe easily.
